Job summary

Autism Initiatives is hiring Full-Time & Part-Time Support Workers in Bangor to assist individuals in developing independence and accessing education, work and leisure activities. You will join a team that supports autistic people with tailored, person-centred care and a strong values framework.

The role requires flexibility across a rota including early mornings, late evenings, nights and weekends, with an enhanced benefits package and an emphasis on continuous learning and development.

Qualifications

• Experience providing care and support, including daily living activities.
• Ability to work on a rota that includes unsocial hours and weekends.
• NISCC registered or applying to register on appointment.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in a range of activities to develop independence.
• Assist with accessing work, education and leisure activities.
• Work within an autism-focused, rights-based care environment.
