We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reward Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the Senior Reward Manager in delivering key reward initiatives across Europe and the USA. Your responsibilities will include leading the implementation of the EU Pay Directive, conducting job evaluations, benchmarking, creating pay structures, providing data-driven insights, managing benefit renewals, and leading gender pay gap reporting. You will play a crucial role in aligning reward practices with Cognita’s strategic goals, employee value proposition, and ESG commitments, while ensuring compliance with legislation and driving continuous improvement in reward strategy and communication.
You are a highly analytical and organized reward professional with experience in compensation, benefits, and project delivery across multiple countries. You excel at translating complex data into actionable insights and confidently advise senior stakeholders. With excellent communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset, you adapt quickly to change and manage multiple priorities. You possess a deep understanding of job evaluation, benchmarking, and legislative developments such as the EU Pay Directive. Your commitment to fairness, integrity, and continuous improvement makes you a trusted partner in delivering impactful reward outcomes.
