Job summary

Jensten Group is seeking a Reward Analyst to join the People & Culture team. The role can be 6/12 month fixed-term or permanent, focusing on turning complex reward data into actionable insights for senior leaders.

You will deliver dashboards, reports and analyses, support reward strategy, and partner with HR colleagues across the business to ensure fair and competitive pay practices. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics or similar data-focused role.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality reward reports, dashboards and analyses.
• Act as a key point of contact for Reward queries for senior stakeholders.
• Lead data quality initiatives and standardise processes across bonus schemes.
• Translate data into executive summaries and support salary reviews.
