Job summary

Jensten is seeking a Reward Analyst to join the People & Culture team on a 6/12 month fixed-term contract or a permanent basis. You will deliver high-quality reward reports and dashboards, translate data into clear recommendations, and support the reward strategy across the organisation.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, People Business Partners and payroll, ensuring data accuracy and timely insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics or similar data-focused role.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to interpret datasets and identify trends.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports and executive-level summaries using workforce or reward data.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence with HR systems and data reporting tools.
• Ability to transform data into clear recommendations and business-focused insights.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality reward reports, dashboards and analysis.
• Transform complex data into concise executive summaries for senior leaders.
• Lead annual salary review activities with data support for scenario planning.
• Benchmark and analyze market pay for competitive and fair pay practices.
• Collaborate with People Operations and senior stakeholders across the business.
