I have a great opportunity for a reward and payroll specialist to join a leading automotive business. This is a remote role with occasional travel to Ireland (expensed). You will look at the reward offering for the Irish business as well as manage the payroll for approximately 40 employees.
You will look after the compensation packages for the Irish business, ensuring they are aligned with the wider group. You will advise if the offerings are competitive and suggest new plans, for example, the car scheme. You will manage the Irish payroll, working with the provider to ensure they receive all the correct data. You will have the chance to find a new comprehensive payroll provider and be the payroll expert, managing any day-to-day queries that may arise.
This role will require regular travel to Ireland, around once a month (expensed). It will be fully remote after the first week, where you will need to be onsite in Farnborough, Hampshire. This role will require a good understanding of the Irish market and tax laws.
