A financial services firm in Southampton is seeking a professional for a Reward Analyst position. The successful candidate will conduct pay and incentive reviews, handle data analysis and join a collaborative team dedicated to employee well-being. Reporting to the Compensation Specialist, this role will be responsible for providing expert analysis and administration across the full spectrum of reward and benefits activities as part of the Reward & Performance team ensuring our package remains competitive to attract, retain and motivate top talent.
