OneOcean, the merged brand from OneOcean and Ocean Technologies Group, seeks a RevOps Data Team Lead to unite revenue analytics across Sales, Finance and Operations. You will lead a team of analysts, set standards and partner with stakeholders to improve visibility and commercial performance.

In a post‑merger environment, you will harmonise data models, definitions and reporting, own the core revenue reporting suite, and drive scalable dashboards and self‑service analytics across global regions.

Competenze

• Strong experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations with analytics focus.
• Proven leadership of analytics teams and delivery of dashboards.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills with data storytelling ability.
• Familiarity with CRM/BI environments such as Salesforce/Power BI.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of RevOps Data Analysts with clear objectives.
• Manage analytics backlog, prioritise work by value, urgency and effort.
• Own revenue reporting quality, forecasting support, and dashboard development.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Product to align metrics.
• Design scalable data products and promote self-service analytics.
• Govern data quality, definitions, and reporting across systems.
