Job summary

OneOcean Group in Southampton is seeking a RevOps Data Team Lead to drive revenue analytics capabilities, lead a team of analysts, and partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Product and central RevOps to improve visibility and decision making.

You will own revenue reporting quality, support forecasting, build scalable dashboards and data products, and harmonize data models across legacy systems in a post‑merger environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, commercial analytics, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role in a B2B, SaaS, subscription, or recurring-revenue environment
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and coordinate analysts and manage multiple analytical priorities
• Advanced analytical capability including data interpretation, root-cause analysis, scenario modeling, and executive-level storytelling

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of RevOps Data Analysts, setting clear objectives and development plans
• Manage analytics backlog and work allocation across recurring reporting, strategic analysis, and data quality
• Deliver analysis across bookings, pipeline, conversion, sales velocity, renewals, churn, pricing, product mix, and revenue performance
• Translate complex analysis into concise narratives for revenue and executive leadership
• Build driver-based and scenario analyses to support planning and territorial design
• Own and improve the core revenue reporting suite, dashboards, and self-service data products
• Define and govern commercial metrics, dimensions, and reporting hierarchies in partnership with Finance and stakeholders
