Job summary

OneOcean invites a RevOps Data Team Lead to drive revenue analytics across bookings, pipeline, churn, and pricing. You will lead a team of analysts, harmonize data definitions post‑merger, and partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product to improve visibility and strategic decision making.

You will own dashboards, reporting, and data governance while guiding the transformation across legacy systems and regions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and commercial analytics in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to lead analytics teams and manage multiple priorities across stakeholders.
• Fluent English with excellent narrative and storytelling around data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of RevOps Data Analysts, setting objectives and quality standards.
• Manage analytics backlog, allocate work, and balance reporting with strategic analysis.
• Create a scalable intake process based on value, urgency, and dependencies.
• Review outputs for accuracy, clarity, and business relevance before publication.
• Own core revenue reporting, dashboards, and recurring performance packs.
• Define and govern commercial metrics, data rules, and reporting hierarchies.
