Contract Revit MEP Coordinator - Immediate Start Outside IR35

Are you currently working as a Revit MEP Coordinator, looking for work and available to start this side of Christmas?

Are you ideally based in the Surrey area or happy to attend the office and work from home the other days?

We currently have a requirement for a contract MEP Revit Coordinator, this position requires someone who can start within 2 weeks, they have full time work on offer for approximately 3-4 months.

They currently have a large live Project and require a contract Revit MEP Coordinator to support on this.

Role Requirements:

• You will currently be working as a Revit MEP Coordinator, with experience working on commercial projects.
• The company is based in North Surrey, whilst they are happy for you to work predominantly remote some office attendance will be required initially with regular visits.
• You will have experience delivering MEP coordination using Revit on large scale MEP construction projects.
• They require someone who can ideally start within 2 weeks and happy to commit to a project until end of Feb/March. More work may follow.
• The position offers an outside IR35 assignment.
