Job summary

Martin Brower UK & Ireland is seeking a Reverse Logistics Operative in Coventry to maintain hygiene, food safety and efficient waste handling across our sites.

In this full‑time, on‑site role you will support recycling processes, operate MHE and other equipment as trained, and help ensure safe, compliant operations.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to drive continuous improvement and uphold our CARES values.

Qualifications

• Level 2 English and Maths qualifications (or equivalent).
• Experience operating MHE is essential.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in hygiene operations or multi-temperature FMCG environments advantageous.
• Strong health and safety compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support hygiene activities safely and accurately.
• Process, load and manage recycling materials per procedures.
• Maintain records and schedules in a timely manner.
• Follow pest control, food safety, health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support site operations.
• Operate equipment such as MHE, ride-on scrubbers and MEWP when trained.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
