Job summary

Martin Brower UK & Ireland is seeking a Reverse Logistics Operative in Coventry to join a full-time, on-site team. The role focuses on hygiene, recycling, documentation and safe operations across multiple sites.

You will operate MHE and assist across departments to sustain efficient, compliant logistics and sustainability programs. Ideal applicants have Level 2 English and Maths, MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word) and experience with MHE; MEWP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Level 2 English and Maths qualifications or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word).
• Experience operating MHE is essential; MEWP experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support hygiene activities, completed safely and to agreed standards.
• Process and load recycling materials per requirements and sustainability goals.
• Maintain accurate records and complete schedules; document promptly.
• Follow pest control, food safety, health & safety and related standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to keep site operations efficient.
• Operate MHE and ride-on scrubbing machines when trained and authorised.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency and ways of working.
