Job summary

Martin Brower UK & Ireland is seeking a Reverse Logistics Operative in Coventry to join our on-site team. You will support hygiene activities, recycling processes, and accurate documentation while upholding food safety and health standards in a fast-paced operation.

Ideal candidates will have Level 2 English and Maths, be experienced with MHE equipment, and be capable of contributing to sustainability and continuous improvement across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 English and Maths qualifications (or equivalent).
• Experience operating MHE is essential.
• Experience in hygiene operations or multi-temperature FMCG environments is advantageous.
• Capable of following health, safety and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support hygiene activities, ensuring tasks are completed safely and to standards.
• Process, prepare, and load recycling materials per requirements and sustainability goals.
• Maintain records and complete schedules/documents in a timely manner.
• Follow pest control, food safety, health & safety, AIB, DQMP standards.
