Job summary

Experian is hiring a Customer Retention Manager for the Growth Markets – EBE Retention team. Based in the UK, you will own at‑risk accounts and renewals, protecting revenue and re‑energising product usage with tailored solutions.

You will build strong client relationships, negotiate favourable terms, and influence decision‑making to secure renewals and long‑term value from Experian’s solutions. Hybrid work model and uncapped commission are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer retention or account management in B2B software.
• Proven track record of hitting retention/renewal targets.
• Ability to influence outcomes while maintaining long-term relationships.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across diverse audiences.
• Data-driven approach to address client concerns and decisions.
