Job summary

ABM UK at Heathrow is seeking a Commercial Income Coordinator to coordinate and recover supplier commercial income, including rebates, credits and other contractual income, ensuring accurate tracking and timely collection.

You will work with Procurement, Finance, Billing and suppliers to provide robust reporting, forecasting and income recovery, while maintaining strong financial controls and audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain supplier rebate register and commercial income tracker.
• Monitor spend against rebate agreements and confirm entitlement with suppliers.
• Prepare rebate claims and chase outstanding payments.
• Process rebate invoices, supplier credit notes, rebate payments and statements with Finance/Accounts Payable.
• Analyse supplier spend vs contractual rebate agreements and forecast income.
• Highlight risks and opportunities to maximise supplier income.
