Job summary

ABM Heathrow is seeking a Commercial Income Coordinator to coordinate and recover supplier commercial income, ensuring rebates, incentives, credits and other contractual income are tracked and collected in line with supplier agreements.

Working with Procurement, Finance, Billing and suppliers, the role supports commercial performance through accurate reporting and robust financial controls. Strong Excel and administration experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Rebate Administration: maintain rebate register and tracker; monitor spend; confirm entitlement and payment schedules; submit rebate claims; chase payments; resolve queries.
• Financial Administration: process rebate invoices, credit notes, payments, statements; ensure correct allocation; support reconciliation of rebate accounts.
• Commercial Performance: analyse spend vs rebate agreements; identify missed income; support procurement with forecasts; highlight risks and opportunities.
• Contract Administration: maintain rebate agreements; upload contracts in Coupa; monitor expiry; ensure rebate terms align; maintain documentation.
• Commercial Reporting & Forecasting: maintain tracker; produce monthly reports on rebates earned/received/ outstanding; forecast income; highlight risks.
• Supplier Relationship Support: liaise on rebate calculations, spend reports, credit notes, payment queries; build relationships with supplier finance teams.
