Job summary

ABM UK, based at Heathrow, is recruiting a Commercial Income Coordinator to manage supplier rebates, credits, and other commercial income. You will ensure accurate tracking, claims, and reconciliation in line with supplier agreements.

The role reports to the Procurement Director and sits within the procurement function. The successful candidate will maintain rebate trackers, collaborate with finance to process invoices and payments, and contribute to forecasting commercial income while

Qualifications

Administration experience
Strong Excel skills
Experience maintaining trackers
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to reconcile financial information
Strong organisational skills

Responsibilities

Coordinate and recover supplier commercial income in line with supplier agreements.
Maintain the rebate register and commercial income tracker.
Monitor spend against rebate agreements and contact suppliers to confirm entitlement.
Prepare rebate claims and chase outstanding payments.
Process rebate invoices, credit notes, and payments with Accounts Payable.
Analyse spend against contracted rebates and forecast income.
