Acquired is a next-generation payments business delivering recurring commerce solutions. We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to provide data, reporting, systems, and processes support for our commercial teams in London.

You’ll own revenue reporting, forecasting, CRM management (HubSpot), and data quality across the customer lifecycle. This graduate-level role offers growth as RevOps matures within the function.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and data-driven mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools quickly and adapt to a fintech environment.
• Experience with CRM data management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain recurring Revenue Operations reporting covering revenue, pipeline, forecast performance and commercial KPIs.
• Support monthly forecasting processes, including data preparation, forecast tracking and variance analysis.
• Analyse performance against forecast, budget and previous periods, identifying drivers of changes.
• Support the production of management information and executive reporting for Commercial, Finance and leadership teams.
• Help maintain revenue trackers, reporting models and RevOps infrastructure.
• Analyze funnel performance across leads, opportunities, implementations and revenue.
• Monitor conversion rates, pipeline progression, sales velocity and time-to-revenue.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities and unusual performance trends.
• Support churn, customer growth, revenue concentration and merchant performance analysis.
• Produce ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making across departments.
