We are on the lookout for a talented Revenue Operations Manager.

Is this you?

As a Revenue Operations Manager at Monta, you will be responsible for taking ownership of how Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success work together to acquire, onboard, and retain customers. You'll be responsible for designing and improving our revenue processes — from first contact to long-term customer growth — ensuring every step is efficient, collaborative, and built to scale.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who excels at building structure, collaborating cross-functionally, and turning strategic goals into operational workflows.

Here are some things you’ll be working on:
Revenue Process Design & Optimization
  • Streamline deal stages, qualification, handoffs, and pipeline flow
  • Align Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing via standardized playbooks
Cross‑Functional Workflow Management
  • Establish shared SLAs, handoff protocols, and meeting cadences
  • Enable new commercial motions (partnerships, expansion) operationally
Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Support
  • Build and maintain forecasting models and clean pipeline hygiene
  • Track stage velocity and funnel metrics to boost forecast accuracy
Go‑to‑Market Program Execution
  • Operationalize pricing updates, product launches, and lifecycle programs
  • Support account planning, segmentation, and coverage models
Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement
  • Document workflows, gather feedback, and remove bottlenecks
  • Produce and update executive‑ready decks and process templates
To do this, we imagine you to have the following experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, Business, or Commercial Operations—preferably in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • A strong track record of process design and optimization across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft executive-ready slide decks (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) that distil data and workflow diagrams into clear, persuasive narratives.
  • A structured and analytical mindset with a focus on making complex workflows simple and effective.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders from different departments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and a clear understanding of how operations support go-to-market goals.
