Purpose of the Role: To be the source of truth for sales effectiveness, pipeline reporting, and forecasting. You will work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product leadership to ensure optimal use of technology and processes associated with revenue generation.

Working in the heart of the sales organization, in this newly created role, you will develop measurable processes and resources to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the go-to-market teams. Yoti has a range of go-to-market motions that differ by vertical and territory, so our sales processes, teams, and tools vary accordingly.


Principal Responsibilities: (main aspects of the role)

  • Play a key role in quarterly, annual, and long-term financial planning and performance evaluation by owning forecasting, reporting, and analytics
  • Own the development and evolution of Sales Metrics, KPIs & OKRs for individuals and teams
  • Partner with finance and billing teams to enable efficient billing and revenue cycles
  • Manage all sales technology (e.g., CRM, Prospecting, Outreach tools), including workflows, execution, and reporting
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define and implement optimal sales methodologies and processes across the customer lifecycle
  • Support the efficient allocation of sales territories
  • Ensure all sales team members understand their responsibilities regarding processes and procedures
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain various data sources and tools used to define sales strategies


Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Certified Salesforce.com administrator with experience
  • Experience leading workflows and integrating third-party applications
  • Experience with enterprise sales processes involving lead generation (both inbound and outbound)
  • Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the sales and marketing technology landscape
  • Knowledge of at least one enterprise sales methodology (e.g., WbD, SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC)
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in IT tools including Excel and GSuite
  • Creative, innovative, and problem-solving mindset
  • Commercial awareness
  • Effective time management skills
