Join us on our mission to enable every product team in the world to ship magical user experiences 10x faster than today! We are a remote-first company with a fully remote team of 50+ people, and there is no requirement to come into our London co-working space on a regular basis.

This role will report directly to our Head of Sales. We are looking to take our Revenue Operations (RevOps) function to the next level, shaping and scaling it from its early stages to make a significant impact on our growth trajectory.

Who You Are

You are an experienced Revenue Operations Manager, skilled in supporting and aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations to maximize revenue growth and efficiency. You have experience building and owning a RevOps function in both established and startup environments.

What You'll Do

As Revenue Operations Manager, you'll own all Revenue Operations and be responsible for:

  1. Sales and Customer Success Operations
    • Establish and maintain sales processes and workflows for lead management, pipeline progression, and deal closure.
    • Support CS Ops in analyzing customer data and processes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  2. Reporting, Data Integrity, and Insights
    • Design dashboards and reports for stakeholders and revenue teams.
    • Monitor KPIs and produce reports for OKRs, QBRs, and board meetings.
    • Maintain data integrity within our revenue tools.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and support planning processes.
  3. Technology and Tool Management
    • Manage revenue tech stack (HubSpot, Planhat, Gong, etc.).
    • Research, implement, and optimize new tools.
    • Ensure system integrations support seamless data flow and reporting.
  4. Process Improvement and Innovation
    • Optimize workflows and tools to enhance productivity and performance.
    • Stay updated on RevOps trends and best practices, including AI and tooling enhancements.
    • Continuously recommend and implement efficiency improvements.
  5. Knowledge Management and Enablement
    • Document procedures, guidelines, and best practices for onboarding and knowledge sharing.

Skills and Experience Needed

  • 5+ years in Data/Revenue/Sales Operations roles.
  • Experience with SaaS businesses, ideally in early-stage environments.
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with strategic business acumen.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with tools like Amplemarket, Gong, data enrichment tools, Hex, and outbound prospecting tools.
  • Contributing to building and scaling outbound pipeline creation.
