Fortify Companies is seeking a Revenue Operations Administrator to safeguard CRM data, ensure accurate commissions, and deliver reliable reporting across Insurcomm, Rytech, and future acquisitions. You will own CRM administration, reporting infrastructure, and inside sales support, enabling leadership to focus on growth.

You will build unified reporting across platforms, standardize data definitions, and leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis while maintaining rigorous checks for accuracy.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in revenue operations, sales ops, or a similar role.
• Hands-on CRM administration experience, with HubSpot preferred.
• Strong data accuracy and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience building or scaling a function from scratch.

Mansioni

• Produce recurring sales, pipeline, and bookings reports for leadership.
• Support revenue forecasting by keeping data clean and cutting pipeline/performance data.
• Build dashboards showing activity, pipeline, and results for leadership.
• Measure marketing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives for decision making.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance to ensure reliable reporting data foundations.
• Apply AI tools to speed up report building and analysis, with judgment checks.
• Contribute reporting and analysis to executive and board materials.
