Trainline is seeking a Revenue Analyst to own end-to-end billing across non-rail revenue streams, coordinating between Commercial, Billing and Finance. You will drive accuracy, standardise processes and contribute to automation projects to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Solid background in revenue operations, billing, finance operations, or related field with ownership across financial processes.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management across Commercial, Finance, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing workflow across non-rail revenue streams between Commercial and Billing.
• Maintain billing registers and prepare monthly accruals and billing summaries.
• Extract, validate and analyse advertising data from Ad Manager and reconcile billing amounts.
• Collaborate with Ad Operations to track campaigns and ensure accurate billing.
• Review contracts for billing requirements and support debt recovery.
