Job summary

Trainline in the UK is seeking a Revenue Analyst to own end-to-end billing across non-rail revenue streams. You’ll partner with Commercial and Billing, ensure accurate processing from setup to monthly reconciliation, and help build scalable, automated solutions.

You’ll analyse advertising data, support debt recovery, and standardise processes across Finance and Commercial teams. A collaborative, detail-driven mindset and strong Excel skills are essential for success in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Solid background in revenue operations, billing, finance operations or related field.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management across Commercial, Finance and operations teams.
• Intermediate to strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, reconciliations, data analysis).
• Strong attention to detail, organised, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Curiosity and drive to improve processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing workflow across non-rail revenue streams, as primary interface between Commercial and Billing.
• Maintain billing registers and supporting documentation; prepare monthly accruals and billing summaries.
• Extract, validate and analyse advertising data from Ad Manager and other platforms; reconcile campaign delivery and invoiced amounts.
• Collaborate with Ad Operations to track campaigns and ensure accurate billing of international activity.
• Review contracts for billing requirements and support debt recovery and queries.
• Coordinate and facilitate billing reconciliations across revenue streams; resolve discrepancies.
