You will use advanced Excel and ERP systems to ensure accuracy, provide insights, and support audits. This role provides exposure across functions and opportunities to lead process enhancements and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in billing operations or a similar analytical environment.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets.
• Experience with ERP/finance systems; NetSuite experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly billing cycles, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data.
• Perform reconciliations, data validation, and investigate billing discrepancies.
• Lead root-cause analysis and provide reporting to senior management.
• Act as subject matter expert for billing processes and support business projects.
• Drive continuous improvement across billing operations for efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement new products and changes.
• Analyze large volumes of financial data to support decision-making.
• Support audits with analysis and documentation for stakeholders.
• Contribute to reporting frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Mentor colleagues and promote best practices within the team.
