Job summary

Darktrace is hiring a Revenue IT Platforms Owner to take technical ownership of a portfolio of SaaS platforms, starting with Gong, and expand ownership across the Revenue IT SaaS stack. The role focuses on reliability, security, governance and scalable delivery across the revenue ecosystem.

You will translate business priorities into platform changes, manage backlogs, and work with Business Owners, Revenue Operations and Security to drive compliant, high-performance platforms.

Qualifications

• Experienced owning, administering or supporting SaaS business platforms, ideally in revenue tech using Gong, Gainsight, Salesforce, Xactly or similar.
• Strong product ownership with roadmap, backlog management and prioritisation across tech platforms.
• Experience managing platform administration, configuration, governance, vendor relationships and ops support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions for platform practices.
• Good understanding of SaaS integrations and how platforms interact within a tech ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical operation and roadmap for Gong initially, expanding to other Revenue IT SaaS platforms.
• Maintain and prioritise a technical backlog covering health, configuration, integrations, security and lifecycle requirements.
• Partner with Business Owners and Revenue Operations to translate priorities into scalable platform solutions.
• Provide technical input into demand, assess feasibility, effort, risk, dependencies and support needs.
• Own platform administration, including configuration, licences, permissions, and security controls.
• Monitor platform health and resolve issues with clear ownership and vendor coordination.
• Translate business requirements into platform specs, user stories and implementation plans.
• Coordinate configuration, integrations, testing and releases with relevant teams.
