Hiddenwell, a growing collection of spa and hotel destinations, seeks a Revenue Specialist to drive commercial performance. You will focus on pricing, availability and forecasting, collaborating with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Reservations and on-site teams to maximise revenue and support business targets.

You will bring experience in yield management, strong data analysis, and the ability to turn insights into practical actions that improve performance across multiple revenue streams.

Qualifications

• Experience in yield and revenue management, with an understanding of revenue optimisation and pricing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and the ability to turn data into actionable insight.

Responsabilités

• Manage pricing and availability across rooms, day spa and twilight experiences using Duetto RMS and Versa PMS to make data-led decisions.
• Produce accurate forecasts and work with properties to achieve targets and support marketing to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to maximise revenue, monitor KPIs and provide pricing guidance to central reservations and on-site teams.
• Travel to properties for regular on-site visits to build relationships and translate insights into action.
