Job summary

Hiddenwell is seeking a Revenue Specialist to drive commercial performance across our spa and hotel destinations. You’ll turn data into insight and identify opportunities to maximise revenue across rooms, day spa and twilight experiences.

Working with the Head of Revenue Management and Commercial Team, you’ll produce forecasts, monitor KPIs and support pricing decisions across OTA channels, while collaborating with Sales, Marketing and on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in yield and revenue management and understanding of pricing, availability and commercial performance.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage pricing and availability across rooms, day spa and twilight experiences using Duetto RMS and Versa PMS; monitor KPI performance and optimise revenue opportunities.
• Produce accurate forecasts and work with properties to achieve targets; partner with Marketing to identify growth opportunities.
• Support Central Reservations with pricing guidance and conduct regular property visits to translate commercial insight into action.
• Use reporting and performance insights to identify trends, optimise yield and drive improvements across the estate.
