Qualifications

• Proven success in a senior sales role within a digital agency, consultancy, marketing services, or tech vendor.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals.
• Experience scaling revenue and building teams during periods of rapid growth.
• A consultative, strategic selling mindset paired with relentless execution.
• Exceptional communication, leadership presence, and relationship-building skills.
• A builder—comfortable creating structure, driving accountability, and leading change.
• Experience working in a Digital Agency or with Digital Marketing technologies (SEO, PPC etc).
• Any experience in selling AI solutions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear, data-driven sales strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Personally lead high-value pitches, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Build, hire, and mentor a top-tier sales organisation.
• Implement scalable sales processes, forecasting rigour, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Delivery, and Leadership to refine offerings and optimise go-to-market execution.
• Strengthen market position by cultivating relationships with senior decision-makers across key verticals.
