Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring for a senior Compensation Operations role within Revenue Operations. You will lead scalable compensation processes, design payout cycles, and ensure governance across GTM teams.

This remote, global position collaborates with Legal, HR, and Finance to maintain accurate, timely compensation programs. You bring 6+ years in compensation or revenue operations, strong SQL skills, and a track record of turning complex problems into scalable solutions with cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Compensation Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance Operations at high-growth technology companies.
• Demonstrated ability to build and improve scalable operational processes.
• Foundational analytical skills with SQL expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable compensation processes and payout cycles.
• Administer compensation plans, quotas, credits, adjustments, and payouts.
• Ensure governance, compliance, approvals, and audit readiness in collaboration with Legal/HR/Finance.
• Develop dashboards and reports to improve visibility and trust in compensation programs.
• Support field teams with inquiries; create documentation and intake processes.
