Job summary

ElevenLabs is scaling globally and seeks a dedicated compensation leader to shape pay, equity, and total rewards across 46+ countries. You will own compensation architecture, policy, and governance, partnering with Operations, Legal and Finance for scalable, sustainable programs.

This role blends rigorous analytics with strategic influence to ensure competitive packages that attract, retain, and empower a diverse global workforce in a fast-moving AI company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Compensation or Total Rewards across multiple countries.
• Ownership of equity programs.
• Experience building compensation systems that scale.
• Experience designing and evolving job architectures and leveling systems.
• Experience operating in fast-scaling, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine ElevenLabs’ global compensation philosophy and governance.
• Design and evolve job architecture, leveling, and related policies.
• Lead equity and long-term incentive design, including grant strategy.
• Oversee compensation cycles end-to-end and governance for off-cycle decisions.
• Own global benefits strategy and ensure regional relevance and scalability.
