Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join the Europe Revenue Management team, based at the RMCC in Watford, with a hybrid model combining in-office and remote work. The role focuses on optimizing revenue for 340+ hotels across UK & Ireland and Europe, delivering reliable reporting and driving analytical initiatives.

You will coordinate reporting, support tool development, and work with a diverse, international team to enhance performance and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics to support revenue management decisions.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to manipulate large data sets.
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one scripting language (Python/SQL/VBA).
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maximise revenue, market share and profits across multiple hotels through data-driven processes.
• Create and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports for RMCC stakeholders.
• Contribute to development and improvement of reporting tools and dashboards.

Position Summary

This is an excellent opportunity to join Hilton's Europe Revenue Management team based at Hilton’s Regional headquarters in Watford, North London with a hybrid approach working remotely for part of the week. The Revenue Management Consolidated Centre (RMCC) is responsible for hotel revenue management for 340+ hotels across the UK & Ireland and Europe regions, looked after by a very diverse team of over 100+ team members representing 30 nationalities, and offers world-class revenue management talent and tools to our hotels. The Commercial Analyst will be responsible for maximising revenue, market share, and profits for multiple hotels through the strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures. This includes ensuring the delivery of a reliable and versatile reporting package to all RMCC stakeholders and driving the innovation of the Analyst department by engaging in project work and responsibilities that actively enhance the performance and scope of the Analyst Team’s capabilities.

What are we looking for?

• Practical working experience within Data and Analytics
• Advanced Excel and strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Experience with data gathering and manipulation using VBA and/or Python and/or SQL
• Create and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Excellent communication skills – fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Able to articulate and introduce change effectively to drive continuous improvement of tools, processes, and procedures
• Demonstrable soft skills to include active listening to build trust, instil confidence and empower others
• Resilient and motivated – self organised, working well under time constraints while balancing concurrent tasks and priorities
