Job summary

AO are hiring Returns Operatives to support a busy returns process. You will work under the Team Leader and Shift Supervisor, with full on-site training provided. The role involves unloading appliances, scanning returns, logging items, and monitoring unidentified returns, on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern from 6:00pm to 6:00am.

Job Overview

About The Role

Our Returns Operatives play a vital part in the operation and the customer journey by rolling up our sleeves to get things done. You will report directly to our Team Leader and Shift Supervisor whilst also working closely with our other Return Operatives, Super Debriefers and Repack team. Full training is provided on site and you will contribute to the delivery of an effective returns process.

• Salary: £13.79 per hour
• Hours: 40.25 hours per week
• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Rotational shift pattern)
• Start/Finish time: 6.00pm - 6:00am

Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing

• Unloading all different types of appliances from the trailers and put into the right locations
• Use handheld scanners to scan returned stock ready for debrief
• Ensure all returned items are correctly logged
• Monitoring any unidentified returns
• Identify the products returned
