Job summary

AO Retail Limited is recruiting Returns Operatives in Crewe to support the returns process. You will report to the Team Leader and Shift Supervisor, work with the Returns Operatives, Super Debriefers, and Repack team, and receive on-site training to ensure an effective returns workflow.

Responsibilities include unloading appliances from trailers, scanning returned stock, logging items, and maintaining accuracy in the debrief process. A fast-paced environment and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Unloading all different types of appliances from trailers and putting into the right locations.
• Use handheld scanners to scan returned stock ready for debrief.
• Ensure all returned items are correctly logged.
• You need to be 18 years old or over.
• Confident decision maker.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to our Team Leader and Shift Supervisor.
• Work closely with other Return Operatives, Super Debriefers and Repack team.
• Unloading appliances from trailers and placing them in the right locations.
• Scan returned stock with handheld devices and log items for debrief.
