Job summary

AO is hiring a Returns Operative to support our UK operations in Crewe. You will report to the Team Leader and Shift Supervisor and work with the Repack team to ensure an efficient returns process. Full on-site training is provided to help you contribute from day one.

The role requires handling various appliances, using scanners, and logging items accurately within a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay and a supportive team culture are offered.

Responsibilities

• Unload appliances from trailers and place in correct locations.

Job Overview

About The Role

Our Returns Operatives play a vital part in the operation and the customer journey by rolling up our sleeves to get things done. You will report directly to our Team Leader and Shift Supervisor whilst also working closely with our other Return Operatives, Super Debriefers and Repack team. Full training is provided on site and you will contribute to the delivery of an effective returns process.

• Salary: £12.79 per hour
• Hours: 40.25 hours per week
• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Rotational shift pattern)
• Start/Finish time: 6.00am - 6:00pm

Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing

• Unloading all different types of appliances from the trailers and put into the right locations
• Use handheld scanners to scan returned stock ready for debrief
• Ensure all returned items are correctly logged
• Monitoring any unidentified returns
• Identify the products returned
