Job summary

Interaction Recruitment are seeking Returns Department Operatives for their client at the Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton. The role focuses on processing customer returns, checking item condition, updating systems, and repacking where required.

Shifts are fixed 08:00-16:00 Monday to Friday. Salary ranges from £12.71 to £13.39 per hour, with overtime paid after 37.5 hours. Excellent attention to detail and reliable communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within returns, goods-in roles.
• Experience warehouse administration (optional).
• Very good computer skills.
• Quality checking would be key for this role.
• Strong attention to the details.
• Great attitude - CAN DO!
• Good communications skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced fulfilment environment.

Interaction Recruitment are proud to be seeking keen, reliable and experienced Returns Department Operatives to join the team for their esteemed client, J&J Global Fulfilment Centre on the Brackmills Industrial Estate.

This role will involve processing customer returns within a modern warehouse environment, including checking returned items, assessing condition, updating systems accurately, repacking products where required and ensuring all returns are handled efficiently and to a high standard for our clients.
