Job summary

AO is hiring a Returns Operative to support our UK operations in Crewe. You will report to the Team Leader and Shift Supervisor and work with the Repack team to ensure an efficient returns process. Full on-site training is provided to help you contribute from day one.

The role requires handling various appliances, using scanners, and logging items accurately within a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay and a supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
• Good time management and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Unload appliances from trailers and place in correct locations.
• Use handheld scanners to scan returned stock for debrief.
• Ensure all returned items are logged accurately.
• Monitor unidentified returns.
• Identify the products returned.
