Job summary

Radius Limited is seeking a Returns & Refurbishment Assistant for its Crewe office, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. You will process returned products, inspect devices, refurbish where needed, and support stock accuracy and the Dispatch team.

You’ll contribute to a smooth end-to-end returns process and uphold quality standards. Reporting to the Returns & Refurbishment Manager, you’ll work within a supportive team and help onboard new colleagues while following safety and compliance procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a process-driven environment with documented procedures.
• Ability to inspect, test and catalogue device condition and results.
• Proficient data entry and records updating in operational systems.
• Experience with returns processing or reverse logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process returned products accurately within SLAs and update records.
• Inspect, test and refurbish devices to maximise recovery opportunities.
• Configure hardware for deployment and support Dispatch with needs.
• Manage returns queries via shared inbox and escalate as needed.
• Support goods-in activities and maintain stock accuracy.
• Assist onboarding and coaching of new team members.
