Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Scheduler to support retrofit and decarbonisation projects across two sites in Preston and Manchester. The role involves coordinating access with residents, booking installations, and maintaining accurate work programmes.

You will handle outbound and inbound calls, ensuring programmes meet deadlines and align with site teams. A valid driving licence and car are essential, with mileage paid.

• Experience coordinating field works schedules and customer bookings.
• Strong communication skills for resident liaison.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage work programmes for retrofit works.
• Make outbound calls to residents to arrange access and book in visits.
• Take inbound calls about access and scheduling.
• Liaise with site teams to ensure programmes are met and work runs smoothly.
