Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Scheduler for retrofit and decarbonisation projects within the Social Housing sector in the North West. The role covers two sites in Preston and Manchester, with mileage paid for travel between locations.

A driving licence and own car are essential as visits and site coordination are required. The role involves scheduling works, coordinating with residents, and communicating with site teams to keep programmes on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or coordinating field works.
• Strong communication skills for resident liaison and internal teams.
• Valid driving license is essential for mileage between sites.

• Make outbound calls to residents to arrange access and book in retrofit works.
• Answer inbound calls related to scheduling and access.
• Liaise with site teams to ensure programmes are met and work runs smoothly.
