Job summary

Wrekin Housing Group seeks a Retirement Living Officer to deliver enhanced housing management in retirement schemes. You will supervise maintenance, health and safety, and cleanliness on-site, while providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors.

The role requires a hands-on approach to problem solving, strong organizational skills, and a full UK driving licence for county-wide travel.

Qualifications

Job IntroductionJob Title: Retirement Living OfficerLocation: Base in Stafford with regular travel across Stafford areaHours: 35 hours per week (to work across five days per week)Contract: PermanentSalary: £26,747.08 per annum plus Essential Car User AllowanceWe currently have a great opportunity for a Retirement Living Officer to join our Care Plus team on a permanent basis. We’re looking for a caring, dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.The RoleAs a Retirement Living Officer, you will provide an effective Enhanced Housing Management service to all residents living in a retirement housing environment.
