Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a customer-centric House Manager for Caesars Place in Guildford, Surrey. The role focuses on front-of-house service, event coordination, and facilities management to enhance residents’ quality of life while supporting independence.

The position offers 25 hours per week, year-round work, a salary of £18,798 per annum, and benefits including a group personal pension, life assurance, and an Employee Assist Scheme, with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming new Homeowners and helping them settle into their apartments.
• Provide a professional front of house service and greet visitors.
• Act as the first point of contact for Homeowners and offer help and advice as needed.
• Collaborate with partners and suppliers to ensure smooth running of the estate.
• Be the 'face' of McCarthy Stone for families and friends of Homeowners.
• Handle Homeowners issues with confidentiality and respect privacy.
• Manage development gardens and grounds to provide a safe, well maintained environment.
• Facilitate social interaction and help Homeowners enjoy retirement living to the full.
• Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.
