Job summary

McCarthy Stone is recruiting a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents in our UK retirement developments. You will help with daily tasks, light housekeeping, shopping, and companionship, ensuring residents stay connected and engaged in a supportive community.

We value caring, dependable individuals with a genuine interest in improving older adults' quality of life. Level 2 in Health & Social Care is a plus, with funded training opportunities available, and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Assisting residents with daily tasks and activities.
• Caring, dependable and passionate about supporting older adults.
• Experience in UK health and social care is preferred (1+ year).

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily domestic tasks and shopping.
