McCarthy Stone is seeking a Relief Duty Manager to support our team in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire. You will help ensure residents are safe, well, and independent, responding to night-time emergencies and guiding day-to-day care tasks.

Ideal candidates bring senior care experience, Level 2 Health & Social Care, and strong communication. A caring, friendly and reliable attitude, with leadership experience, is valued.

Qualifications

Minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
Experience in a senior care role.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
