The role focuses on delivering a welcoming front-of-house experience, coordinating daily estate operations and supporting residents to enjoy independent living.
You will greet homeowners, coordinate events, manage suppliers, uphold Health and Safety standards, and work 30 hours per week with competitive benefits.
Location: Wisteria Place, estate in Bulcote, Nottinghamshire
Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday, all year round)
Salary: £22, 557.60 ACTUAL per year plus benefits and bonus
