Job Title: Retention Lead - Disruptor DTC brand

Location: Central London (3 days in-office)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you ready to take full ownership of lifecycle marketing and CRM in a high-growth, values-led DTC brand? This is a rare opportunity to join a company scaling rapidly across the UK, Europe, and the US, offering planet-conscious products to a growing base of loyal customers. If you're passionate about crafting smart, data-driven retention strategies that drive real impact, this could be your ideal next step.

As Retention Lead, you’ll drive the brand’s lifecycle marketing efforts, increase customer lifetime value, and build a high-performing retention engine that keeps customers engaged and coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the retention marketing strategy across email, SMS, CRM, CRO, and offline channels
  • Build and optimise automated lifecycle flows (welcome, replenishment, post-purchase, churn prevention, etc.)
  • Increase customer engagement and LTV through data-led, segmented campaigns
  • Improve subscription retention, reduce churn, and identify upsell opportunities
  • Own reporting and analytics, implementing A/B tests and driving performance-based improvements

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven success in DTC retention marketing, CRM, and lifecycle automation
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar platforms), Shopify, and subscription tools
  • Strong analytical mindset, with a proven ability to use data and customer insights to drive decisions
  • Hybrid working (2 days WFH per week)
  • Private healthcare and dental
  • 4 “Work from Anywhere” weeks per year
