Job summary

WWT Slimbridge (Centre) is seeking proactive individuals to join our trading team. You will welcome visitors warmly and work to maximise sales and membership recruitment to support conservation work. You will primarily staff the retail shop, assist with optics sales, and maintain stock levels while being prepared to help in other departments.

This casual, ad hoc role requires weekend and holiday availability. Training will be provided to develop product knowledge and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• experience of working in a team
• confident using an EPOS till system
• show your creative side with visual merchandising
• exceptional customer service skills

• provide a warm and informative welcome to visitors
