Job summary

Field Sales Solutions is hiring a Business Development Executive to cover a Perth-based territory. You will drive distribution, availability and in-store merchandising for our major grocery and convenience retailers, shaping trade activity and delivering strong retailer partnerships.

You will gather insights on product distribution, learn quickly, and use that knowledge to improve availability while providing excellent customer service and reporting in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible approach and willingness to learn.
• Tenacity and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Desirable understanding of retail, preferably FMCG/tobacco sector.
• Full clean driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your territory and be the professional face of the brand.
• Record accurate data and share best practice across teams.
• Gather data on distribution and understand why products aren’t available, correcting issues where possible.
• Deliver against defined targets for distribution, availability, merchandising and coverage.
