Northern is seeking a Retail Technology Relationship Manager in York to lead technical delivery across ticketing, retailing and PAYG systems. You will shape innovative solutions and ensure reliability, compliance and a great customer journey.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical expertise across retailing, ticketing and PAYG systems.
• Lead technical assurance, testing and implementation of new systems and enhancements.
• Work with suppliers, industry partners and internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure systems remain reliable, interoperable and operationally ready.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, protecting revenue and enhancing the customer experience.
