Blue Square is seeking a Regional Relationship Manager to build and maintain retailer relationships across a large UK territory, including stores and contact centres. You will drive sales, deliver engaging presentations, and share brand knowledge at events and in-store interactions.

You will cover a wide geographic region, requiring a full UK driving licence, and you will report on sales, training, and opportunities to increase brand presence.

Qualifications

• Candidate demonstrates a customer-centric approach with experience in retail, technology, customer service, or area management.
• Strong ability to communicate with and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Confident public speaker with experience presenting to groups of varying sizes.

Responsibilities

• Increase brand sales and engagement across retailers within your territory.
• Deliver effective presentations in person and virtually, from small groups to large classrooms.
• Share brand and product knowledge through all interactions, from shop floors to events.
• Own your territory and manage time to visit stores and events regularly.
